Homemade Cookie Butter (60 Seconds & 3 Ingredients) | Gluten Free & Dairy Free

Make this in 60 seconds or less! Today I’m sharing Good Molly’s Allergy Friendly Cookies. They make delicious cookies that are free from DAIRY, PEANUTS SOY, GLUTEN, AND EGGS! They are made in a GLUTEN FREE & PEANUT FREE facility, too. I have been a fan of Good Molly’s for a long, long time and I’m thrilled to share them with you this week for Food Allergy Awareness Week.

If you didn't catch my previous posts this week for Allergy Awareness Week then check out the following posts: Savory French Toast, Easy Vegan Bolognese "Meat" Sauce, Apple Cinnamon Marshmallow Treats (Vegan), Chocolate Truffles and Chocolate Covered Fish!

Good Molly’s goes to great lengths to source high quality ingredients. Every ingredient that they use has to be:

  • Free of Any Genetic Modifications (and Non-GMO Project Verified);

  • From a Supplier that does not process or package Gluten, Peanuts, Dairy, Egg, Soy, or Tree Nuts other than Coconut;

  • Organic, if the above allergen requirement is also met.

They have 4 flavors right now: Chocolate Chip, Oatmeal Raisin, Dark Brownie Bites, and Apple Pie

You have to try this tasty cookie butter! It’s so easy to make and is really yummy with apples or, you know, with a spoon. If you don’t have Good Molly’s on hand then CLICK HERE TO ORDER — You can use code KRYSTEN for a discount on your cookie orders, and I’d love for you to support this incredible business! But, if you must make cookie butter while you wait for your Good Molly’s cookies to be delivered, use about a cup of crunchy cookies and start with 1TB of cold water and blend before adding the second tablespoon of water.
