Vegan Bolognese “Meat Sauce” Pasta Meal (3 Ingredients) | Gluten Free, Vegan, Allergen Friendly

This is a sponsored post. All opinions are my own. I only share my honest opinion.

It’s Food Allergy Awareness Week, and I’m sharing some of my favorite allergy friendly brands with you on Instagram all week long, but today I wanted to highlight one of my most favorites, Hilary’s Eat Well.

I super love this brand. Hilary’s Eat Well makes the most delicious allergen friendly veggie burgers and vegan breakfast sausages. One of their veggie burgers is even called “WORLD’S BEST VEGGIE BURGER” and I can 100% attest that it really is the very best. They have other burger flavors too, and my second favorite might be the Hemp & Greens burger. By the way, we are a meat-eating household and love eating meat… and we LOVE our Hilary’s Veggie Burgers! I say that to tell you that you don’t have to be vegan or vegetarian to love this company and their line of products.

While they are jam packed with flavor, they are still free from the top 12 common food allergens —no wheat, gluten, soy, dairy, eggs, corn, or nuts and no additives or artificial ingredients. It’s clean eating made simple with delicious, convenient foods that are “free-from” common allergens and packed full of flavor. AND all of Hilary’s frozen products are made in a dedicated facility that is free from common allergens.

Right now, making recipes with minimal ingredients is super handy. Sometimes we can only use what we have on hand in our pantry and freezer and that may be limited for whatever reason. Sometimes we don’t feel like cooking, but know we have to get a meal on the table and just want to put minimal effort into it, but don’t ever want to sacrifice on flavor, ingredients and nutrition. I whipped this meal up the other day using just 3 ingredients that you more than likely have in your house. Pasta of choice, Hilary’s Veggie Burgers (definitely consider stocking up your freezer) and Marinara Sauce (I used this one).

___________ INGREDIENTS 2 Hilary’s Veggie Burgers (1 box) 2 cups Marinara Sauce 1 box pasta of choice Directions: Prepare pasta according to ingredients on package. Strain and set aside. While pasta is cooking, prepare Hilary’s Veggie Burgers according to stove top instructions. Turn off heat and remove burgers from pan and place on cutting board. Cut veggie burgers into small pieces and place bite size pieces back in skillet with marinara sauce on medium heat.

Once pasta is done, pour pasta in with marinara sauce and stir until pasta is covered in yummy sauce. Serve immediately while hot or reheat for leftovers.
