Chocolate Covered Sweet Fish | Gluten Free & Vegan

We LOVE their Gems so much, and they are great for baking, snacking or melting and coating Sweet Fish with, too.


So, what happens when you put Smart Sweets and HuKitchen together? This tasty treat that is a FAVORITE of ours! It’s easy to whip up and the kids can help, too! __________ INGREDIENTS 1 bag Smart Sweets Sweet Fish 1/4 cup HuKitchen gems, melted (or whatever chocolate is safe for your family) Directions: Remove Sweet Fish from package and place on parchment lined dish in the freezer for about 20 minutes. Melt chocolate in a small bowl. Take Sweet Fish out of freezer and dip and coat each fish with melted chocolate and place back on the parchment lined dish. Use any extra chocolate to drizzle over each fish. Place back in the fridge or freezer for about 2-3 minutes and then devour. Keep them in the fridge or eat them all in one sitting for a low sugar, tasty, totally gourmet treat!
