No Bake Gingerbread Balls with Maple Drizzle

Okay now that you’re singing with me, check out these easy, no bake, gingerbread balls with drizzle drizzle of maple cream! Give these balls a try for breakfast with your latte, as a snack or dessert as they are packed with protein, healthy fats and fiber! They are #glutenfree, #dairyfree and made without cane sugar!

__________ INGREDIENTS

1 1/3 cup almond flour 4 scoops Vital Proteins Gingerbread Collagen Creamer 1/4 tsp cinnamon 1/8 tsp ginger 1/4 cup flax seed meal 1 1/2 tb maple syrup 1/2 tsp vanilla 2 tb cashew milk DIRECTIONS—> Mix all dry ingredients together, add wet ingredients, roll into small balls, chill and drizzle with maple cream.
