You could use any pancake or waffle mix that you’d like or whichever works best for your family and food allergies. You can use a pumpkin spice or plain mix and add some pumpkin spice seasoning to it, too.
2 Hilary’s Eat Well Apple Maple Breakfast Sausages
Pumpkin Spice Pancake / Waffle Mix of choice
Mix your favorite pumpkin spice pancake or waffle mix made as directed and set aside.
Make 2 Hilary’s Eat Well breakfast sausages as directed. Crumble them up and mix into pancake/waffle batter. Batter will be thick.
Cook waffles as you normally would and serve with dairy free butter + delicious syrup!
