Biolage R.A.W. Shampoo & Conditioner

I have been waiting for awhile to write about these beauty products. I feel like when reviewing certain products you need some time to try them out to really see if they do what they say they will and to really decide if you like them or not.

When I wrote about THESE natural skincare products, I tried them out for a few months before giving my opinion on them. Sometimes we can try a product and immediately know if we will like it or not. However, I wanted to try this shampoo and conditioner for most of the bottle before telling you how I really feel.

Okay, let's jump in. I tried the Biolage R.A.W. Recover Shampoo and Conditioner for almost the whole bottle, but I do have a wee little bit left.

Shampoo: The first time I tried the shampoo, I honestly wasn't too sure about it. It left my hair with a squeaky clean feeling that I wasn't used to. It wasn't a dry feeling, so don't confuse the two. I did love the smell of it, and I definitely am a sucker for yummy smelling beauty products. It took me a couple of uses to really love the shampoo, and now I honestly love it! I love how shiny and silky my hair feels!

Conditioner: The first time I used the conditioner I knew it was a winner! The crazy yummy smell of it alone made me want to pour the entire bottle on top of my head! It is so moisturizing and leaves my hair so soft. I knew it was a winner immediately after the first use! I could have told you that a few months ago, but I wanted to make sure that I really did love it... and I do!

The thing I like to do in the shower is use a wide-tooth comb on my hair while the conditioner is still in my hair. Sometimes I use my fingers, and it works just fine. I definitely see a difference in the softness in my hair after using these products from Biolage, and I am so pumped about it! My hair definitely feels so healthy right now since using this shampoo and conditioner duo. I struggled with a good amount of hair loss over the last 2+ years and was finally able to write about my journey, recently. You can read more about that HERE. I will keep it real with you. I have always had thick hair, and I have thick hair now. But that wasn't the case two years ago.

I am doing what I can to transition all of our everyday beauty and skincare products to organic and natural products. It's a long process, but we are taking it one step at a time and thankfully finding great companies that make amazing products that WORK! That's been my frustration, for sure, with making the switch on some products.

I already make my own deodorant (It’s so easy! Here's my recipe), we found some great skincare from DermaE that works big-time, my husband, Jeff, found a great deodorant from Herban Cowboy. You can read more about us making the switch HERE.

Now I have a great shampoo and conditioner to use that I really love and it works! Plus it smells wonderful, too… in case I didn't tell you that already. By the way, did I tell you it smells amazing? Because it does! I think I am obsessed with this shampoo and conditioner duo!

If you are looking for a new shampoo and conditioner or just want to give this a try, take their mini quiz on their website to see which of the R.A.W. lines will work best for your hair. I did and am so glad that I did!
