Simple Mills Artisan Loaf with Rosemary & Kalamata Olives



I have written about this company many times. I am truly obsessed with their Artisan Bread Mix and have made it into buns and flat breads on my blog before. Today, I am sharing my Kalamata Olive and Rosemary loaf with you.

Prepare the loaf of bread as per instructions on the back of the box. Add a nice handful of fresh rosemary and some freshly cut up kalamata olives (i like this brand), and mix both into your loaf.

Prepare a nonstick loaf pan with some olive oil or cooking spray and pour batter into the loaf pan. Use a few pieces of rosemary to decorate the top of your loaf, if you wish. Bake according to box instructions for 1 hour.

Allow to cool and cut yourself a nice piece of fresh bread. Top with vegan butter or dip in extra virgin olive oil.

Use this bread for sandwiches, dipping in olive oil, with an egg or to snack on! You will love it!
