Product: Organic Namaste Dark Chocolate Brownies

The last two weeks were crazy for us. We had a lot going on, and I was also a guest on The Tim & Corey Radio Show with a fabulous panel of women, so I didn’t get a chance to post this. However, I really wanted to post this as soon as I could... so here we are.

This was the second time I was a guest on the The Tim & Corey Show. I talked about one of my favorite companies, Basiltops Pesto (a nut free and dairy free, vegan pesto). They are such a great company, and their pesto is delicious. To celebrate the radio show, my hubby and I made a delicious dinner which consisted of grilled chicken, veggies and cauliflower rice.

The first time I was a guest on The Tim & Corey Show, I talked about another one of my favorite companies, Namaste Foods LLC. They really are a wonderful company with wonderful products that my family and I have loved since 2009. So after a delicious dinner, I made their Dark Chocolate Brownies!

My hubby and I really love chocolate… dark chocolate to be exact. Dark chocolate also has some wonderful benefits (when enjoyed in moderation).

It was really a no-brainer to purchase Namaste Foods LLC’s Organic Dark Chocolate Brownie Mix, and I am so glad we celebrated my second guest spot on the radio show with these brownies!

Here are the steps as well as some photos of the process.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

1/2 cup of melted butter or coconut oil

1 egg or egg replacer (consider using a flax egg)

1/2 cup hot water

Heat your oven to 325 degrees and lightly spray a pan, or muffin tin

Combine water and oil (I used Extra Virgin Olive Oil in all of my baking) and mix well. Then add egg.

To make these brownies vegan, just use a flax egg (mix 3 tablespoons of warm water with 1 tablespoon of flax seed. Let it sit about 3 minutes until it forms a gel = 1 egg).

Once mixed, pour batter evenly into muffin tin (or baking pan) and bake for 35-45 minutes.

Normally I would have more photos for you, but this Brownie mix is just too easy and simple to make. They are super rich and moist and a treat that everyone will just love! We LOVED them so much and look forward to making them again and again!

If you love these Dark Chocolate Brownies, you will also love their other Brownie mix!
