I had been keeping a secret for most of September because I wanted to see how my body was reacting. I wanted to learn more about this thing before I share it with you... I didn't know what to expect but it's been epic and here's what happened:

For me personally, I know that I thrive & feel my best on a lower carb / paleo ish lifestyle. I CAN tell you that I have LOST 11+ inches since staring my ketones journey & some pounds since I started taking ketones and not super changing my diet OR eating keto. Just focusing on eating REAL FOOD (same Krysten as before) and a little lower in carb than before but nothing extreme.
