Are Non-Stick Pans Actually Safe To Cook With?

Are you using non-stick or ceramic coated pans? They are coated in harmful hormone disrupting chemicals. These chemicals leach into your food and are tied to compromising the immune system, a higher risk of cancer, can affect developments in children and can even hinder a woman’s chance of getting pregnant!

➡️THERE ARE NO SAFE NON STICK PANS!

If you are using SCRATCHED nonstick pans, that’s even worse as the chemical coatings have flaked off into your food and you’re basically adding more and more of those hormone disrupting chemicals to your meal with each use.

There are other options like cast iron and stainless steel that are way better for you and your family…and your food! Whether your nonstick pans are scratched or not, they gotta go! We made the switch years ago after reading Leah Segedie's book GREEN ENOUGH (best book!) + learned so much!

We use Lodge Cast Iron & All Clad to cook with. Leah Segedie (mamavation.com) has done tons of research & testing to see what the best options to use. Follow her! I’ve learned so much.
