2 Ingredient Waffles (Paleo, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Keto)

I am blown away each time I have made this recipe. Every Wednesday it’s WAFFLE WEDNESDAY on Instagram! it’s been so much fun creating new waffle recipes and ideas on the gram. I don’t know who needs to hear this but you don’t have to eat boring waffles! Jazz them up. You can use more than just syrup on your waffles — in case you didn’t know.

You only need 2 ingredients to make these killer waffles. One is an egg and the other is from Real Phat Foods. They are one of my all time favorite brands. Their crackers are the best around plus they are made with super clean ingredients, too. They have Original, Rosemary and Cracked Pepper and they are all great. They are low carb, gluten free, grain free, dairy free and paleo. They recently launched CRACKER CRUMBS and they sold out so fast. BUT - now they are officially a permanent product and I’m stoked. Cracker Crumbs can be used to bread chicken, veggies, in meatballs, used on casseroles or just to sprinkle on your food. Use in place of breadcrumbs for all recipes. Order Crackers and Cracker Crumbs here and use discount code KRYSTENSKITCHEN at checkout to save!

Just and egg and some Cracker Crumbs is all you need for this amazing waffle. I used a cute little waffle maker which you can get here. It’s small and super convenient, too. One of my favorite purchases!
