Maple Powdered Sugar

I have been making this delicious powdered sugar for a little while. I keep a small jar of it to use as powdered sugar to make light drizzles for different baked goods.

I prefer to use Maple Sugar over coconut sugar, though I am sure coconut sugar would work, as well.

(picture of sugar coming soon)

1 cup Maple Sugar

1/4 cup + 2 TB Arrowroot Powder

Directions: Mix in a powerful (dry) blender until your blender looks like a snow globe filled with fine powder.

Store in an airtight container.
