Product: Seeds of Change Organic Quinoa & Brown Rice with Garlic

I love this product for many reasons:

- It tastes good

- it has garlic

- It is organic

- It's handy for a casserole or side dish

- and it has garlic

I purchase these bags of goodness (Seeds of Change Organic Quinoa & Brown Rice with Garlic) at Costco and always keep them handy for recipes. I love that the ingredients are simple and that I can pronounce and recognize and once again it tastes amazing plain! It’s vegetarian, there are no preservatives, no artificial flavors or colors and yes, it has garlic. I really don’t recommend that you microwave it. I don’t think that microwaves are all that good for you, and I don’t like that they turn your food into a science project. I can talk about that on a future blog. When we make this, we just throw it in a skillet with a tiny bit of olive oil and stir it around on a medium/high heat for just a few minutes until it is hot. When I use it in fresh soups, I just open the package and pour the rice mixture in. I highly recommend this Quinoa & Brown Rice with Garlic! Definitely keep a few bags handy in your kitchen, as it is great for last-minute meals! Learn how I use Seeds of Change Organic Quinoa & Brown Rice with Garlic in: Lentil Soup
