I am so excited to finally share this cookbook with you. Since I launched Krysten's Kitchen in 2015, I have been all about eating REAL FOOD. In 2017, I added "Be Real. Eat Real." to my message because we are REAL people and, therefore, need to eat REAL food.
Eating REAL FOOD is very important to me, and I wish more people loved eating real food, too. People have had their taste buds ruined from eating fake foods with fillers and poisonous additives. They are used to eating “chicken”, “cheese” or frozen veggies that have unnecessary added ingredients, sugars or chemicals in them. I want people to get back to using the best-of-the-best, real & whole food ingredients to create magic in the kitchen. That's what this cookbook is about.
Every recipe in this cookbook is falls in to the Whole30, Paleo, gluten free, dairy free lifestyle. I will say, I love the Whole30 (and Paleo) lifestyle because it politely forces you to cook and create again using real, whole food ingredients. It requires you to eat clean, whole foods and develop a healthier relationship with food.
I hope these recipes bring you joy and happiness. I have had so much fun creating it, and it's so fun to finally see it done!
