Peppermint Hot Chocolate Freezer Fudge
I know it’s not Christmas time, but peppermint chocolate is such a tasty combination! It might be almost Summertime, but I am digging this holiday flavor right now! Santa isn't coming to town for another 200 days.
Just in case you don’t love the peppermint chocolate combo, you can easily leave the peppermint out of this recipe and you will have Hot Chocolate Fudge -- equally tasty!

1/2 cup tahini
1/2 cup cashew butter
3/4 cup coconut oil, melted
2 TB maple syrup
2 TB cocoa powder
1 TB vanilla extract
1/2 tsp sea salt
3/4 - 1tsp peppermint extract (optional)
Mix everything in a mixing bowl until fully combined. Use as much or as little peppermint as you prefer.
Carefully pour the mixture into your silicone tray and place in the freezer for at least 40 minutes.
Pop them out of the silicone mold and enjoy. Store fudge in freezer, let sit out for 5 minutes before you take a bite — or you can be like me by just go for it and eat it frozen!
