6 Easy Ways To Add Collagen To Your Life

I have preached about how much I love Collagen Peptides and the wonderful benefits it provides. I won’t get into all of those details in this post because I have written about it over on this blog called Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides: What is Collagen? Why you should take it, daily! Many people ask me how they can use Collagen on the daily, and there are really countless ways but let's talk about 6 of them right now.

In this blog, let’s talk about how you can add Collagen Peptides products to your life. You won't be able to taste it (neither will your family), and it will add some amazing benefits that you will love!

1. Coffee!

This is the easiest way to add collagen to your life. You already drink coffee (if you don’t, then skip this one) and adding collagen will not alter the taste, the flavor or the texture of your java! You can just add 2 scoops of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides OR Vital Proteins Collagen Creamer to your coffee and then froth using a hand frother. I like this one for under $10!

2. Tea!

If you don’t drink coffee then you probably drink tea or Matcha! Just add 2 scoops of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides and froth or mix!

3. Smoothies!

Yes - it’s true! You can add Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides to your smoothies, and no one would ever know it! Add it to the blender along with your spinach, blueberries and homemade cashew milk and blend away. Here's this smoothie recipe.

4. Baking!

Oh you read that right — look at these super adorable Unicorn Cakes that I made and decorated myself! I used Simple Mills Vanilla Cake Mix and added 4 scoops of Vital Proteins Madagascar Vanilla Collagen Latte mix to the batter before baking. You would never know that these are made with Bone Broth Collagen, and they taste amazing. Consider adding some to your pancakes, cookies, muffins, brownies and chia seed pudding.

5. Chocolate Avocado Pudding!

I do make my own chocolate pudding out of avocados, and it’s pretty darn scrumptious. It’s also really easy to add a scoop or two of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides to the blender along with the pudding. You would never know that it’s made with avocados and has collagen — double WOW! Here's the recipe + just add 2 scoops of collagen to the blender with the ingredients.

6. Water!

You can totally add Collagen Peptides to your water OR you can drink Vital Proteins brand new Collagen Waters which come in 4 flavors: Blueberry Mint, Strawberry Lemon, Ginger Lemon, Blackberry Hibiscus and Original (lemon water). It's a great way to stay hydrated and get in some collagen.

Here’s the bottom line, you can use it in anything. Just make sure that you are adding one scoop at a time when it comes to baking and cooking so that it’s fully mixed. Collagen peptides are great for gut health and digestion, as well as healthy bones, joints, hair, skin and nails, too. Figuring out what works best for you is key.

For me, I add it to my morning coffee every single morning without fail. It is what works for me. But I also take the opportunity to add it to whatever else I can in the day when it comes to baking because it adds some health benefits.

How will you add collagen to your life?

(I am not a doctor. I am just sharing what works for me).
