6 Easy Ways To Add Collagen To Your Life

2. Tea!

5. Chocolate Avocado Pudding!

I do make my own chocolate pudding out of avocados, and it’s pretty darn scrumptious. It’s also really easy to add a scoop or two of Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides to the blender along with the pudding. You would never know that it’s made with avocados and has collagen — double WOW! 6. Water!
