2 Ingredient Chia Seed Pudding

This is a great option if you are limited on ingredients! You just need two ingredients for this chia seed pudding recipe. Plus there are plenty of optional items you can add to the recipe or different toppings you can use. I will list them below.


If you don't have any dairy free milk at home, you can make your own right now with a nut butter of choice and water! See this recipe video, here.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup dairy free milk of choice 2 TB chia seeds 1tsp - 2tsp sweetener of choice (optional)  Other optional ingredients: flax seed meal, nuts, seeds, collagen or protein powder (blend any powders with dairy free milk prior to mixing with chia seeds and sweetener of choice).  Directions: Place all ingredients in a mason jar and shake shake shake. Make sure there are no clumps in chia seeds. Store in fridge for at least an hour. Top with fresh berries, nuts, seeds, nut butter etc. Enjoy for breakfast a snack or even dessert.
